The Brief
Lululemon needed a content package that could move seamlessly across photo, video, and social — capturing the brand's performance-meets-lifestyle identity in a way that felt authentic rather than staged. The goal was a versatile asset library, not just a single hero shot.
The Approach
Smith and Union handled full production in Los Angeles, from location scouting through final delivery. Our crew coordinated talent, wardrobe, and multi-format capture in a single production window — shooting stills, motion, and short-form social content side by side so every asset shared the same visual language. Locations were selected to reflect Lululemon's active, everyday aesthetic, and each setup was framed to work as both a polished campaign image and a native social clip.
The Result
The shoot delivered a full cross-platform content library: campaign-ready photography, video footage, and social-first content, all produced in one efficient Los Angeles production day. The assets gave Lululemon flexible creative to deploy across paid, owned, and social channels without needing separate shoots for each format.
